god vs devil

good vs evil
There is an old saying that if you believe in darkness you must believe in light; that if you believe in god you must believe in devil.

How will you describe darkness, will not you say that darkness is absence of light? How will you describe god, will not you say one who fights devil?

Your concept of light will vanish, as soon as darkness vanishes. Your concept of god shall no longer remain as soon as devil dies.

This is ordinary matter of perception that white chalk is visible only on black board, not on white board. For perception of white black background is needed.

Your conception of good arises, only because there is evil in this world. Imagine a world where there is no evil at all, then would the inhabitants of such world know well at all? And should we say they would live in eternal good, for there would remain no standard, no scale, from where to measure good. There would remain no longer a difference of perception to compare what is good and what is evil. The case would be like a fish which remains in water yet does not know what water is.

It would have been nice to ask me for permission before posting it here. Please link it to my deviantart page (artanda.deviantart.com) or remove it from your blog.

    Thank you,
